Meet The Team
Lisa Maccone comes to us with an extensive background in Coolsculpting and body work. Her ability to safely and effectively provide her patients with results, is what makes her such an asset to our team. Her professional demeanor combined with her fun-loving personality allows her patients to feel comfortable during their treatment and leave feeling confident and with a smile on their faces. In addition to Coolsculpting, Lisa is a Hydrafacialist , licensed massage therapist, yoga teacher, and reiki practitioner. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys visiting her daughter in Georgia, practicing yoga, and spending time with her pets.
Danielle Aronson comes to us as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) and a certified Coolsculpting Technician with nine years of experience in the medical, health and wellness fields. Danielle has been a Coolsculpting technician for three years, and is also a Hydrafacialist. Her passion for both Coolsculpting and Hydrafacials show in her techniques, interactions with her patients, and her patients’ results. In her spare time, Danielle enjoys practicing yoga and spending time with her friends and family.
Wendy Myers, M.D.
A New Jersey native, Dr. Wendy Myers completed her medical school training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry Of NJ in New Brunswick. Thereafter, she continued her dermatology training at the University of Vermont where she was chief resident. Dr. Myers has interest in all aspects of dermatology including skin cancer screening and management, acne and rosacea. In addition to her medical dermatology interests, since 2017 Dr. Myers has been excited to offer Coolsculpting to her patients. Through completely noninvasive techniques, Coolsculpting provides substantial fat reduction with no downtime. She has pursued these techniques comprehensively by attending the masters training provided by Coolsculpting University.
Jessica Simon, M.D.
Dr. Jessica Simon is double board certified in both dermatology and pediatric dermatology, and is well versed in all areas of dermatology. She has presented at both national and international meetings on both adult and pediatric dermatology. Dr. Simon also has identified hair loss as a niche since she was diagnosed with alopecia as a teen, and has published in numerous journals on alopecia. She appreciates the psychosocial implications associated with hair loss and how it can affect one’s self esteem and confidence on a daily basis. Dr. Simon strives to restore that confidence by implementing PRP treatments into her comprehensive alopecia treatment regimen,a non invasive treatment that not only slows the rate of hair loss, but promotes regrowth. She also uses Coolsculpting to help patients reduce stubborn and unwanted fat. Outside of work Dr. Simon enjoys spending time with her family, running, traveling and reading.
Alexa Hetzel, M.S., PA-C
Alexa Hetzel is a board certified physician assistant. As a physician assistant, she is a licensed health care provider trained to diagnose and treat medical conditions in collaboration with a physician. Alexa graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology. She then earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in the Physician Assistant program at Monmouth University, where she was recognized for academic excellence with induction into the Phi Alpha National Honor Society. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants. Alexa began work at Windsor Dermatology in 2014, and rejoined in 2018 in her new capacity as a physician assistant. She provides cosmetic therapies for her patients including Botox, Juvederm, microneedling (with and without platelet rich plasma (PRP)), laser therapy for brown spots, red spots and resurfacing. Alexa also provides PRP therapy for hair loss and sclerotherapy for unwanted spider veins on the legs. Alexa also provides Coolsculpting to help support her patients desired body contouring concerns and achieve their goals.
Brianna Butler, M.S., PA-C
Brianna Butler is a board certified physician assistant. As a physician assistant, she is a licensed health care provider trained to diagnose and treat medical conditions in collaboration with a physician. Brianna graduated from University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Allied Health Sciences. . She then earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in the Physician Assistant program at Monmouth University. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants. Brianna places a high importance in achieving natural looking results to restore a more youthful, refreshed appearance. She works with the individual to discover their personal aesthetic goal by enhancing skin texture/tone, reducing the effects of sun damage, and improving patients’ confidence in the way they look. Brianna provides a variety of non invasive cosmetic treatments such as botox, fillers, microneedling with PRP, Coolsculpting, PRP for hair loss, lasers and much more.
David Nieves, M.D.
Dr. Nieves practices medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. He has a strong interest in treating persons with psoriasis and has served as a clinical investigator in over 80 clinical trials to evaluate new treatments. He practices all aspects of dermatology and treats acne, moles, warts, skin cancer, skin infections, and vitiligo. He is interested in skin allergy and performs patch testing to identify the underlying sources of allergic rashes. He also offers a range of treatments for patients with severe sweating, known as hyperhidrosis.
Dr. Nieves performs a range of cosmetic enhancement procedures. He treats unwanted wrinkles with BOTOX and Juvederm and performs laser surgery to eliminate unwanted hair and reduce facial redness and blemishes. He also uses CoolSculpting to help patients contour their bodies to reduce unwanted fat. He performs Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) treatment to restore lost hair.
Dr. Nieves enjoys spending time with his two children and working with technology.
